The PM’s announcement over the weekend means that sadly, the Library will have to close on Thursday. We are all very disappointed, especially after all the hard work to get us up and running again, but we are looking forward to seeing you all soon, hopefully at the beginning of December.
But before then, we will be open on Tuesday 3rd November so please do come in between 10:00 and 15:00 to borrow all the books you might need for lockdown. In such difficult times, stories can be a real comfort, escape and a source for hope, so do come in and stock up on what you need. We also have our book sale, with every book only 50p, so choose your favourites to keep. We also have lots of children’s books on sale as well to keep the little ones and teenagers occupied during lockdown.
