Every year, we need to raise £25,000 just to stay open. Everyone who works in the Library is unpaid. Can you help us by volunteering your time, donating money or offering your business services?

Volunteer your time
Do you have some spare time to help us out? From manning the check-out desk, to running social media platforms, to cataloguing our growing collection of books, everything is done by volunteers.
Donate
We are a charity and receive very little council funding. To keep our lights on and our doors open for longer, we would appreciate donations of all sizes. You can also donate books, CDs and DVDs.
Offer your services
Do you own a business in the local area? Do you think you could offer your services to help us? We are incredibly fortunate to be supported by all sorts of businesses, from catering to signage.
