There is always a great range of second-hand books available for sale in the Library. If you hate returning books after borrowing them, why not take these home and keep them forever! The Library also has a small selection of festive cards for sale. All the money we make from our sales is used to help run the Library, so grab a bargain today!
Please be aware that books and cards sold in the Library are first come, first served as we often only have one copy. Visit the Library soon to ensure you that you do not miss out on a bargain.
Books
We have Adult Fiction from Kate Atkinson to Emile Zola and everything in between. The book sale also features a huge selection of thrillers, children’s fiction and non-fiction, including cookery books, art, gardening, science, history and more. Any books which are not placed on the shelves and cannot be sold are eventually taken by other organisations where possible, such as Freecycle. In the Library
Books are available for purchase during Library opening hours. The books on sale are placed on the long table at the entrance to the Library and are clearly signposted. Most books cost 50p unless stated otherwise.

We sell a number of books on eBay. They are all priced individually and can be shipped anywhere within the UK. All funds from our eBay store also go directly towards the operating costs of the Library. Visit our eBay store today!.
Cards
We have a number of hand-crafted cards for sale in the Library. The cards are specially made and donated by a member of the local community and available for both general and festive occasions. The cards are all priced individually and typically range between £1 to £3.50. Pop into the Library and take a look today!
